Where will the donation money go?
The money you have donated will go the Mahvash and Jahangir Siddiqui Foundation immediately to be used for providing relief to the people stuck in flood affected areas. The foundation is already working in the flood wrecked areas of Pakistan on a limited scale and your donation money will help in broadening the scale of the relief operations.
How will my donation be used?
Your donation money will be used to purchase items of basic necessities for the calamity stricken areas. These include clean drinking water, food items and medicines for people in the flood affected areas.
How long will it take for my donation to reach the areas in need of help?
The goal is to make sure that the relief packages reach the flood affected areas as soon as possible. It will be our best effort to make sure that your donation reaches the affected areas within a week.
I live outside Pakistan can I still donate money?
Yes, if you are living outside Pakistan you can make the donation in US dollars.
How can I find out if the money I donate is actually being used to help the flood victims?
The MJSF has planned the relief operation according to a schedule and every few days the detailed field report of the relief provided in the specific area with pictures and statistics is posted on their website.
Can I make a small donation if I am short on cash?
Any amount of donation that you can make to provide relief to the flood affected people is welcome.
